If you don't completely love your dice box, send it back in its original condition within 7 days of arrival for a full refund (minus shipping) and your return shipping is free! 

Returns

Returns are accepted for up to 30 days after delivery. Customer pays return shipping if initiating a return after the 7 day Happiness Guarantee period. A full refund (less shipping) will be issued to the original payment method once product is received in its original condition by the shop. 

Please contact us if you experience any issues or material defects with your dice box. Each of our dice boxes are designed and crafted to endure years of normal tabletop gaming use (specifically dice rolling and storage), and we'll work to repair or resolve any issue you may encounter.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Orders are shipped in the United States via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

⯌ Priority Mail: 1-3 business days. Tracking provided.

⯌ Free USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First-Class Mail): Valid on eligible orders over $300 (before taxes and after discounts) and is automatically applied. 2-5 business days. Tracking provided.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address during checkout. The Madcap Mage's Vault is not responsible for orders accidentally mailed to the wrong address or addresses entered incorrectly because of customer error. 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the U.S. right now. The shop is currently looking into international shipping options. Please subscribe to the newsletter for information about when international shipping becomes available.
